How do I put on the mask and sleeves?

You should not use foreign substances such as powders to help put on the mask. These products may create a mess and form a barrier between your skin and the silicone, which can reduce natural expression movement.

For the mask: Insert your hands deeply inside the mask, with your knuckles against the cheeks and palms facing each other. Lift the mask toward your head while tilting your head slightly downward to meet it. Flip the bib inside out and place the back of your head against the back of the mask.

Once it grips the back of your head, use your hands inside the mask at the cheek area to stretch the mask outward and downward. Guide the mask gently onto your face. Do not remove your hands until the mask’s chin meets your own chin.

Important: Never pull the mask down by the bib, jaw or mouth area. After the mask is on, you can adjust it by gently massaging the top of the head forward and backward.

For the sleeves: A lubricant can be used. We strongly recommend 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Spray a small amount onto each sleeve with a spray bottle and your hands will slide in easily. The alcohol evaporates quickly.

To remove sleeves, roll the sleeve down to the wrist like removing socks, then grip the wrist area and slide it off your hand gently.

Can you show me how to put the mask on?

Yes. We can show you how to wear the mask through a video or live video call. If you are a first-time buyer, we recommend watching the wearing demonstration before use.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping carrier with your tracking number.

How do I check stock status?

Each product page clearly shows stock status as “In Stock” or “Made-to-Order.”

Will the mask fit my head?

Our standard size fits head circumferences of 21¾–25 inches / approximately 55–63.5 cm, and necks up to 18 inches / approximately 45 cm.

What about female sizes?

Female masks are designed for smaller head shapes, fitting 20–23 inches / approximately 51–58 cm, with a maximum neck circumference of 15 inches / approximately 38 cm.

Do you have masks for larger heads?

Yes. Our XL series fits head circumferences of 25–29 inches / approximately 63.5–74 cm, with necks up to 22 inches / approximately 56 cm.

Can I customize a mask?

Yes. Most masks can be customized with special paint jobs, skin tone adjustments, hair, beard or other details for an additional fee.

Can you create a unique, one-of-a-kind character?

Absolutely. We accept custom design and production requests. Please send us reference photos, design ideas, size information and usage requirements, and we will review the project and provide a quote.

Will you release more characters in the future?

Yes. We are continually expanding our character library to give customers more choices for cosplay, Halloween, film production, haunted attractions and creative projects.

Does the mask cover the mouth?

When resting, the mask fully covers the wearer’s mouth. When opening the mouth, most of it remains covered. For best realism, keep your lips over your teeth and use concealer in visible areas if needed.

Does it fit better than other brands?

FeiLang Masks are designed for secure full-head wearing, realistic coverage and tear resistance. The final fit may vary depending on head size, mask style and how the mask is worn.

How long will my mask last?

Silicone itself is chemically and physically stable for many years. With normal use and proper care, your mask can last for a long time.

How do I repair damage?

For small splits or cuts, we recommend using Sil-Poxy adhesive by Smooth-On for quick and strong silicone repairs.

How should I store my mask?

The mask can be displayed on a stand or stored flat in a plastic bag at room temperature. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and sharp objects.

How should I clean it?

You can clean the mask using:

• Baby wipes
• Isopropyl alcohol spray + paper towel
• Warm water with mild dish soap

Important: Never scrub hard, as friction may remove the outer coating.
